Anyone having issues uploading their data?
Thought this had something to do with upgrading Explorer to v8 but tried a different browser (safari) and still having problems.

With IE- I click on the calories burned button and a blank pop-up comes up. Says done at the bottom.

with Safari- get to about 83% then says that it couldn't reach the server, try later or call tech support.

Anyone else?
Can someone help me out please?

Hopefully you've gotten this issue resolved by now; I'm sorry that you haven't gotten an answer sooner! I just uploaded and am not having any issues - but whenever I do have problems uploading, I just keep doing it over & over again - especially if it starts the upload (like what you said is happening with Safari).

Occasionally another trick is to close my browser windows & try again.

Good Luck!

Hi Elizabeth, thanks alot for your reply. Did you upgrade your browser to IE8?
I got it to work this am on my PC at work, but will try again later at home.

Thanks for your suggestions but I tried those too, also tried good ol' reboot. I did get a call from techsupport this afternoon and I will call them if I'm still having issues.

Thanks again!!

I do not have IE8. One issue that I have heard of is having Java installed too many times. If you're feeling adventurous, you could go into your Windows Control Panel & Add Remove Programs & remove your java updates. It will reinstall next time you connect to the web app.

- just an idea.

I'm glad you were able to upload.

Yup, you're right, that's exactly what it was.

Bodybuggers... if anyone else is having a problem with this... what fixed MY problem:
1- control panel> uninstall programs> uninstall ALL versions of Java one by one. (I was running version 6 update 3 & 5 and one other I can't remember.
2- once all are uninstalled go to my.apexfitness.... it will automatically tell you/ lead you to the Java download page.
3-download the latest version. I just dl'd version 6 update 14.

Works like a charm now.
Attempt @ your own risk, but I hope it helps someone out!!

PS- Internet Explorer 8 is working just fine with the above solution!! :)
